Karen Wilterding is a graduate of Missouri Southern State University in Joplin, MO, with a Bachelor's degree of Business Administration in Management. She began her career as a financial advisor prior to becoming a Program Specialist for the USDA. Karen enjoys engaging with the public and promoting the Center both online and in person. She is passionate about education and the mission of the Lowell Milken Center for Unsung Heroes to teach the power of one to create positive change. When she steps away from the computer screen, Karen enjoys traveling with her husband and spending time in the great outdoors.
